We focus on the top applicants and then run background checks. We also offer continuous educational resources and training so that your EA can consistently improve their overall skills.
Every executive assistant gets a personal coach. EA also has access to a vast network of talented peers to rely on for common questions and answers and to resolve everyday obstacles. But that’s not it – EA focuses on taking as much work as possible off your plate and is recruited straight through Anywhere Talent and gets a fair compensation offer and benefits package.
Yes, Anywhere Talent teaches you to communicate and work in tandem with your EA. We offer stacked resources for inspiration, guidance, and reference to supercharge your collaborative partnership with your EA.
We make it easier for business heads and entrepreneurs to improve their delegation skills with their EAs and save more time on tasks that matter. We guide you through real-world examples and experiences that are tested by experts and their executive assistants.
Your virtual assistant goes through extensive training. This covers remote apprenticeship, classroom work, and shadow sessions with Anywhere Talent’s experienced and high-performing assistants. Also, assistants get continuous one-on-one guidance and mentorship from our operational managers so they can improve their skill levels.
Our onboarding is straightforward and steeped in what makes Anywhere Talent work. We focus on a successful long-term partnership with Anywhere Talent’s Assistant. Our team will spend from 2 to 5 hours with you for onboarding and then prepare your partnership launch. Once your partnership is set to go, you’ll have a monthly meeting with the assistant’s manager. Remember, it requires some time to prepare and to invest some time with your virtual assistant daily.
Once you sign your written contract, then it passes on to our onboarding queue. However, this queue can vary from a couple of days to weeks. It typically depends on Anywhere Talent’s assistant availability, current demand, and your specified start date.
Once your number comes to the queue, we’ll set up a Discovery Call, which is the start of the onboarding process. Next, we’ll start your partnership with a virtual assistant within 2 weeks.
Anywhere Talent’s experienced staff will be with you throughout the process. We have experts who can guide you through the entire process. So, from the discovery call to setting up a list of requirements of your needs to pair with the ideal assistant, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
You’ll also interact with our partnership manager who’ll better understand and hail your evolving EA needs. Next, your remote assistant will have a one-on-one session. The goal of this 1:1 training session is to support assistants’ growth so they can thrive in their roles.

Although our remote assistants are from all over the world, they work around a pre-determined schedule based on your needs. It is entirely up to you whether or not you want your remote assistant to work in your time zone.
Every remote assistant works 40 hours a week for five business days with two weekend days off. However, you’re free to discuss your preferred days of work with your remote assistant.
We believe in real-time successful partnerships and daily direct feedback. During onboarding, you can count on us to check in from time to time, host feedback sessions, ensure your EA is on track, and send you regular progress reports.
Part of the process of a long-term successful partnership is to get the assistant that works for you. So, if that happens, and you feel it isn’t working out, you have the right to address performance issues and other concerns. If the issues aren’t resolved, we’ll assign you a different assistant.
When it comes to security, we regularly follow and update extensive security policies. We follow standard industry practices for security policies and ensure all our protocols comply with current data protection laws. Anywhere Talent’s information policies cover the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our systems and processes.
