What You Will Do!
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of the digital marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across relevant channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, SMS, email, video marketing, community management, reputation, and customer loyalty programs.
- Create and manage an ongoing sales and promotional calendar.
- Track, analyze, and report all relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure proper technical tracking of relevant conversions, dimensions, and metrics across all digital areas of the company’s brands.
- Develop visual dashboards for tracking and displaying KPIs across functional teams.
- Participate in weekly company-wide meetings to present progress updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, pitching new ideas to the team.
What Do We Offer?
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: TBA at offer
- Schedule: 5 days a week, with flexibility and preference for weekend availability.
MUST HAVE:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 3+ years of experience working with B2C and B2B companies.
- Experience managing a team of at least five employees.
- Expertise in managing campaigns across various digital advertising channels, including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, and Google AdSense.
- High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO theory.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
