What You Will Do!
- Comprehensive Content Strategy: Lead the creation of custom content and copy to ensure a unified guest message across all touchpoints, including blogs, website content, emails, SMS, push messages, inbox messages, and select social media captions.
- Coordination of Monthly Content Calendar: Support ideation of monthly content calendars and lead the coordination of associated content and deliverables.
- Messaging Matrices: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create a messaging guide for core initiatives to maintain consistency throughout all touchpoints.
- Campaign Support: Support the brand marketing calendar through curated deliverables, including copywriting for TV/radio spots and providing direction for accompanying music, as well as planogram and ship list curation, and creative reviews.
- Local Store & Field Marketing Support: Oversee and coordinate single-store and field marketing needs, including request intake, ideation, briefing, and asset approval.
What Do We Offer?
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: TBD at offer
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (9 am to 5 pm CST), with flexibility for business updates and discussions.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content development or copywriting, working on the brand/client or agency side.
- Proficiency with CRM and ESP platforms, including the ability to create segments and use drag-and-drop email editors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong ability to schedule, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact and influence effectively across all management levels, external partners, and personality types.
