Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Coordinate and curate content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and external partners to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content trends and opportunities.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking software.
  • Ensure all content complies with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Assist in content repurposing for different channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Support in managing influencer partnerships, PR content, and internal communications as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital media coordination.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and scheduling tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
